The biggest MMA promotion Ultimate Fighting Championship is going to organize its upcoming PPV event on May 6, 2023. UFC 288 will feature the Bantamweight Championship bout in the main event where Aljamain Sterling will take on Henry Cejudo to defend his title. Who Is Fighting In The Main-Event?

Aljamain Sterling has won the UFC Bantamweight Championship at UFC 259, back in March 2021 and has succcessfully defended it in the next two bouts. Now, he will enter the ring third time to make another successful defence at UFC 288 against Henry Cejudo. He was also the former Bantamweight Champion and has won the title in 2019 but evacuated it in 2020 due to retirement. Now, Cejudo is looking to make a dramatic comeback with winning the title. Thus, all eyes will be on the main event of UFC 288.

Which Fight Selected In The Co-Main Event?

The man with unbeaten record since 2019 Belal Muhammad is entering the ring after defeating Sean Brady in his last match at UFC 280 in October 2022. He is in sublime form and will meet Gilbert Burns in the Co-Main event who is also in good touch. Burns also competed for UFC Welterweight Championship in his career but faced loss. Now, he will appear in the co-main event fight of UFC 288 in a non-title welterweight match against Belal.
